Delete your account
This deletes your MESOMIND account and everything stored against it. You do not need the app installed to do it, and it takes effect immediately.
Sign in with the account you want to delete and this page will delete it for you. If you cannot sign in any more, email good9000000321@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and the account will be deleted by hand.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in, your profile, your name and phone number, and your study level.
- Your notes, handwritten annotations, flashcards, bookmarks and reading positions.
- Your Question Bank answers and progress.
- Your assistant conversations, voice notes and generated notes.
- Your plan record, and any payment receipt you uploaded.
What is already only on your device
Downloaded lectures, meeting recordings and the offline copy of your library are held in the app's own private folder on your phone, where nothing else on the device can read them. They are removed when you uninstall MESOMIND, and deleting your account does not need to reach them.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@mesomind.online from the address you signed up with, asking for your account to be deleted. Requests are actioned within 30 days and normally within a few days.
